Health, safety & support

  • Your health and well-being are our top priority — please make smart, responsible decisions.
  • Need assistance during the event? Reach out to your immediate Manager or Sr. Manager.
  • In an emergency or if you need immediate first aid, call 911 first, then contact management.
  • If you require medical assistance while traveling and normally depend on a family member, notify your manager.

Emergency: If you experience a medical emergency or feel you are in immediate danger while traveling, call emergency services (911) first, and then notify your management team as soon as it is safe to do so.
