• Driving instead? Tell your manager by Friday, August 14th so we can arrange a self-parking permit.

• Rooms are managed centrally by Nathalia Espitia Blanco — you'll receive your dates to confirm.
• Check-in 4:00 PM · check-out 11:00 AM. Luggage drop is available either side.
• A personal credit card is required at check-in for a $100 per room, per night incidental hold.

• Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available at LAS; the hotel drop-off and pick-up is at the front main entrance.
• The airport is roughly a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
• No centralized shuttles are being arranged — coordinate rideshares with colleagues arriving at similar times.
• Add your arrival time to the buddy-system tracker to share a ride.
• Airport-to-hotel travel is expensable per policy.
